Expert building design

Insinööritoimisto Markku Posti Oy is an experienced architectural and building design company for residential and business buildings. The family business was established in 1981, and we have designed over 1,700 individual building projects.

We primarily design new construction and also create renovation and extension designs for old residential and business buildings.

Business and industrial buildings

The most demanding business buildings we have created include medical helicopter bases for FinnHEMS.

Our largest individual project has been Taerosol Oy’s factory facility for technical aerosols in Kangasala.
Our other customers include transport operations, agriculture, food industry, social care homes, recreational aviation, etc.

Residential buildings

We have designed over one thousand individual detached and semi-detached houses and low-rise housing blocks for Finland’s largest concrete block house suppliers, Jämerä Kivitalot Oy and Lammin Betoni Oy. Our Jämerä house was voted the best in terms of design and construction quality at the Housing Fair Finland Co-op in Valkeakoski in 2009.

All plans and designs in one package

Our goal is to make the complicated design process as simple as possible for the customer. Our building design team is complemented by reliable specialist designers. Our long-standing collaboration facilitates fast and effective communication between designers. The customer only deals with one contracting party.

Our design is always based on energy-efficient and safe construction that respects the environment.
